Withdraw Pulse Notice

Before the tray is sealed for dispatch

Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.

§1 · Before dispatch

Ask to withdraw an order from Track & Support before the lot is packed. Once a courier has the pouch, cancellation may not be possible.

§2 · After payment

Prepaid cancellations accepted before dispatch are refunded to the original method. COD cancellations simply stop the shipment.

§3 · How to send the pulse
